Features :

Previously, a job link was always linked to the recruiter that created the link. This caused some issues when posting the job link in public sites, as all new applications would be assigned to the recruiter who posed the link, who may not have the resources or time to manage all the applications.

Now when creating a Job Link, there is an option to create a Universal Job Link. This is a link that is not associated with any recruiter, which allows for applications to be created then recruiters assigned depending on their availability.

HireNow - Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity forms

We understand the importance of being able to analyse and report on campaigns after they have finished, as it can provide insight into parts of the process which could be improved.

Over the last couple of releases we have been updating several of our features and processes, including the way we store form submissions and our data retention policy, to allow us to collect D,E & I data as part of a campaign.

Due to the sensitive nature of the data being collected, this feature can only be activated by the company admin. The user guides for D,E & I forms can be found here -

DevelopNow - Archive Review Process

We have noticed the way review processes are being used means that a lot of review processes are being created. Since Review Processes could not be archived, this means the list was often very long and contained review processes which were now obsolete.

Introduced in this release is the ability to archive Review Processes. As well as improving the user experience when assigning and searching Review Processes, the behaviour is now consistent with other features on the platform.

DevelopNow - Delete Learning Queue Elements

We have received many support requests regarding wrongly assigned learning, or a team member who has transferred to a new department and needs their Learning Queue elements updated. Previously this was the only way to remove courses from a learning queue.

In this release we have inserted a Delete option into the Learning Queue tables. This allows CPD admins to remove courses, or whole training paths, from any users Learning Queue, as well as allowing users to remove any courses from their personal learning queues.

Policies - Updated our Data Retention Policy

As part of both our drive to collect more sensitive information, as well to ensure we are following all regulations surrounding retaining and deleting data, we have updated and applied out Data Retention policy on SkillsNow.

All policies are available to view on the Login page of SkillsNow, and can also be accessed in the User Profile window.

DevelopNow - Upcoming Reviews icon tooltips

We have added tooltips to the Action icons in the Upcoming Reviews table, so that it is clearer to users what action each icon represents.

DevelopNow - Fixed Reporting Team selectors

Resolved an issue where any report that had a team selector was returning an empty list. The Teams dropdown now correctly shows all teams within the company and allows multiple to be selected as before.

LearnNow - Module and Material order

Fixed an issue that caused both Modules and Materials to be ordered by an internal ID value, instead of the Order value given during creation. Modules and Materials will now always appear in the correct order, and can be re-ordered correctly too.

User Management - Icon for blocked users

Added a new icon in the Users table to easily indicate which users are blocked without having to view the users profile.

User Management - Assigning more than one user to a new team

Resolved an issue which meant that when adding multiple users to a new team, there would be an error and you would have to click the Assign button again. We have removed this error, and you are now able to assign multiple users to a new team without any errors.

User Management - Deleted users in User list

We noticed that deleted users were appearing in the Assign Users dropdown lists. While an error would display when trying to assign new roles, this still left the Users list cluttered.

Deleted users will now no longer appear on the Assign Users list.

Known Issues:

  • If a application does not have an assigned recruiter, you will not be able to schedule an interview. Please assign a recruiter to an application if you wish to continue the application process.

  • Projects that do not have any Recruitment User Groups asssigned will show odd behaviours for both recruiters and applicants. If you are having issues with accessing, creating or updating a campaign, ensure that a Recruitment User Group has been assigned.
